Meet the emmi of emmiknit. Emmi Páez, a first-generation Latina-American and passionate designer, who started emmiknit handmade as a way to offer eco-conscious, well-fitting pieces that transcend trends for all women.

Her passion for fashion was reignited in 2019 upon discovering Mérida, Mexico, where she found inspiration in the vibrant culture and Mexican craftsmanship. Splitting her time between the US and Mexico, Emmi embraced creating wearable art.

Emmi’s designs celebrate 90s minimalism, sustainable linen, and traditional Mexican artisanship with crochet. In 2024, emmiknit handmade became a reality—a brand celebrating real women with designs that blend elegance, artistry, and respect for the environment.
